Terry CK Au is a Managing Partner of Auset Capital Group, where he leads the firm’s investment banking and capital markets strategy. With over 20 years of experience across trading, financial advisory, and institutional fundraising, he brings a proven ability to structure deals, manage investor relationships, and drive long-term value creation. Before founding Auset, Terry served as Director of Business Development at a U.S. hedge fund and currently serves on the Board of Elassar Capital, a U.S. broker-dealer undergoing the FINRA/SEC registration process. His leadership roles across multiple ventures reflect a consistent track record in evaluating opportunities, guiding capital strategy, and scaling highgrowth businesses.

At Auset, Terry oversees deal origination, structuring, and investor relations across the firm’s portfolio of private offerings. His approach blends institutional discipline with entrepreneurial execution, positioning Auset to deliver strong risk-adjusted returns while maintaining transparent, long-term partnerships with its investors.

Seth Southard

Managing Partner, Investment Banking & Fund Management

Seth Southard is a Managing Partner of Auset Capital Group, where he integrates business development, strategic partnerships, and capital strategy to strengthen the firm’s investment banking and fund management initiatives. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Energy Business and Finance from Penn State University and a Master’s Degree in Cybersecurity Management and Policy, equipping him with a strong analytical and technical foundation that supports Auset’s emphasis on structured capital solutions, risk management, and fund security oversight.

Before joining Auset, Seth served as Director of Communications for a Joint Airborne Element in Tampa, Florida, and as Officer in Charge of Navy Personnel, where he developed high-level leadership, operational precision, and crisis management skills. At Auset, Seth leads the development of strategic alliances, institutional relationships, and marketing initiatives that expand deal flow and capture opportunities aligned with Auset’s long-term equity acquisition model. His disciplined, mission-driven approach ensures that every partnership contributes to Auset’s compounding ecosystem of ownership and value creation
